Satellite TV
Your equipment, whatever we have supplied, is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. We cannot guarantee the workability of any equipment that we have not supplied even if we have reinstalled it for you.
Please remember, when viewing in an area where its not really designed to work i.e. British TV here in Southern Spain, viewing can sometimes be a little erratic. Accurate Direct Solutions have designed a viewing guide which you can either download or view here. If after following the instructions shown here you still have no joy, then please call us for assistance on 95 252 85 87 or 652 163 105 Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6.30pm. Please also remember that we cannot be held responsible for weather condtions and moreover extremes of weather. Please note that satellite dishes that have moved due to this are not covered under your equipment guarantee and any subsequent call out is chargeable as a standard rate, plus anything that needs to be replaced should it be damaged.

If your internet via satellite is not functioning then please call us on 95 252 85 87 or 652 163 105 Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6.30pm.
Generally, if all the five blue lights are on then your equipment should be functioning. Sometimes this can "lock up" when a power cycle reboot can help. This involves removing the electricity plug from the wall to the satellite receiver, leaving for 10-15 seconds and plugging back in waiting for all 5 lights to come back on.
